Advisory Committee on Community Appearance (ACCA) · Meeting of October 13, 2026
CT MADISON — ACCA informally reviewed a revised development proposal for Mill Road with 14 residential units. The Advisory Committee on Community Appearance heard presentations from architects and construction representatives on plan changes including reduced density (from the originally proposed 18 units), increased home spacing, and landscaping improvements with natural meadow buffers. Committee Vice Chair John Cunningham recused himself because of his involvement as a landscape designer on the project.
The committee took no formal action on the application during the informal session.
