Flood Prevention, Climate Resilience, and Erosion Control Board · Meeting of May 13, 2026

CT MADISON — Madison flood board authorized Town Planner to advance its Resilience Plan. Chair Graham Curtis led the May 13 meeting with Vice Chair David Clark and members Henry Maguire, Walter Welsh, and Joseph Maco, along with alternates Al Haynes and Gregory Makoul. The Board determined it had no further exceptions to the plan draft and authorized the Town Planner to work with Sea Grant and other entities to move forward.

The Board also received a presentation from Peter Hentschel, chair of the Branford Coastal Vulnerability Ad Hoc Working Group, on Branford's coastal vulnerability initiatives, though time constraints prevented a complete review of the presentation.
