CT MADISON — Madison Youth and Family Services Board considered higher staff pay at its May 12 meeting. Contractual clinicians Wendy Genet and Katelynn Altieri presented requests for reimbursement increases to align with surrounding practices and agencies. Board Chair Cathy McGrady expressed interest in exploring how similar municipally funded youth services boards structure compensation.

Director Justin Zeigler reported on three proposed initiatives—a Scholarship Program, a Child Care Support Program, and a Rent and Utility Support Program—that will likely be narrowed to two for further consideration.
