CT MADISON — School HVAC project committee recommended commissioning agent for Polson modernization. Emily Rosenthal was elected Chair, Galen Cawley Vice Chair. Gilbane Company has awarded subcontracts with on-site work planned for late January; credits for underbudget steel and electrical work will be presented in February.
The committee approved invoices totaling $102,803.67 for construction administration and equipment purchases through December 2025.
