Facilities Committee (Ad Hoc) · Meeting of March 19, 2026

CT MADISON — Ad Hoc Facilities Committee reached consensus on south-of-school site for proposed pool and gymnasium. Committee chair David Kadamus and member John Fries updated the committee on the ongoing Memorial Town Hall Feasibility Study, which continues to refine budget estimates. The committee agreed that the area south of Madison schools in playground and wooded areas is more suitable than a north site on the former Lasage property.

Kadamus requested the Superintendent of Schools form a group to review preliminary design concepts. The committee approved invoices from Antinozzi Associates ($8,270) and TPA ($6,500) for consulting work on the facilities master plan.
