Conservation Commission shifts to RFQ model for resource inventory

CT MADISON — Madison Conservation Commission modifies natural resource survey to RFQ model. Commission member Heather Crawford worked with the finance office to shift the approach, which will now allow scope to be defined before establishing costs. The inventory will include tree canopy analysis and identification of notable trees on town property.
The commission also finalized the April 25 Green-Up Clean-Up event, assigning staff across four locations with a "weirdest trash" competition planned.
