CT MADISON — Madison's Ad Hoc Facilities Committee unanimously approved a $9,750 final bill from TPA. With six of eight members present, David Kadamus led the meeting; John Fries seconded the motion, which also authorized contacting Antinozzi for their final invoice. The committee discussed next steps for communicating its findings to the Board of Selectmen and coordinating the Facilities Plan with the Surf Club Master Plan, Capital Improvement Plan, and other capital initiatives.
