CT MADISON — Madison Facilities Committee unanimously approved $21,358 in consulting invoices and a timeline for the Facilities Master Plan Report. Antinozzi Associates received $8,358 in invoices and TPA Design Group received $13,000. The committee approved a process calling for a draft by June 22, department head presentations on June 25, and committee final approval on July 16.
If the Board of Selectmen approves by July 20, the committee recommended public meetings to share the plan while coordinating with the Surf Club Master Plan for comprehensive town capital planning.
