CT MADISON — Inland Wetlands Agency approves landscape permit. The Madison Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Agency approved a regulated activity permit allowing owners Christopher L. & Susan M. Pesce to place approximately 200 cubic yards of fill and establish turf at 61 Lantern Hill Road within the 100-foot upland review area, with four conditions including erosion control and boundary markers every 50 feet.
For 61 Shorelands Drive owned by Oliver and Katharine L. Schupp, the agency established an expedited emergency tree removal process to address safety hazards while scheduling the main application for July 6.
