The Conservation Commission unanimously elected its 2026 officers: Heather Crawford as Chair, Amy Thomas as Vice Chair, and Sufia Uddin as Secretary. The Commission also advanced planning for a comprehensive Natural Resource Inventory with preliminary cost estimates ranging from $20,000 to $50,000, pending a February 12 Board of Selectmen funding discussion to secure reserve-fund financing beginning July 2026.
