CT MADISON — Planning Commission approved four residential applications unanimously. Chair Carol Snow presided over the May 21 session, where commissioners voted to approve coastal site plan reviews for Middle Beach Road West and Flower Avenue, a lot line revision, and a site plan modification at Longview Terrace, all effective June 4, 2026. Two applications were tabled pending state and federal review.
The commission also scheduled a June 18 public hearing on a text amendment addressing middle housing legislation.
