CT MADISON — Madison Planning and Zoning Commission approved three coastal applications. The commission unanimously approved a cluster housing modification at 908 Boston Post Road (application 26-32+CSP), a bridge replacement project for Garnet Park Road (application 26-15+CSP), and electric vehicle charger installation at 1321 Boston Post Road (application 26-33+CSP). A fourth application for re-subdivision at 19 Advent Hill Road was rescheduled for public hearing on October 1, 2026.
For the continued hearing on a Mill Road 18-unit cluster development (application 26-29+CSP), the commission voted 5-2 to hold the September 17 meeting in Meeting Room A with concurrent Zoom access, despite staff recommendation for Zoom-only attendance.
