CT MADISON — Planning and Zoning Commission continued a public hearing on Advent Hill re-subdivision to November 5. Applicants Charles Ponzo and Theresa P. Ponzo, Trustees, seek to re-subdivide Lot 4 into two lots; residents raised concerns about aesthetics, clearing, and blasting, while one neighbor expressed support.
The unanimous vote allows time for additional comments from the Town Engineer and Department of Energy and Environmental Protection. The commission also received notice of withdrawal of a separate application for an unmanned redemption center at 128 Samson Rock Drive and tabled a Summer Hill Road subdivision application to October 15.
