CT MADISON — Madison's Polson and Hand School HVAC Project Committee approved two cost credits totaling nearly $220,000 and authorized $1.3 million in construction invoices at its April 7 meeting. The committee unanimously approved a $16,625 credit for a utility-required feeder size change and a $203,318 credit for steel re-bid cost reconciliation. Director of Construction and Planning Ben Whittaker reported that work was progressing on schedule, with VRF system installation underway, the main switchgear received, and the generator on track for early June delivery.
