CT MADISON — Madison's School Building Committee approved final change orders and invoices for the elementary school project in closeout phase. The committee unanimously approved a $1,198,826.22 credit return (ATP-0158), $9,862 in bond adjustments (ATP-0159), and a $243,655 line-item budget transfer for bonding charges, along with invoices totaling $206,444.40. Project manager Adam Levitus reported landscaping and other final tasks are scheduled for warmer months.
The team is preparing final change orders for submission to the State for eligibility determination.
