CT MADISON — School HVAC committees approve $352,308 in invoices. The School Building HVAC Project Committee unanimously approved five invoices including $158,966.06 to Gilbane Company for Polson HVAC construction and $159,603.67 for retainage on a completed RTU replacement. Ben Whittaker, Director of Construction & Planning, reported that Gilbane has mobilized on-site at Polson with interior HVAC piping anticipated at month's end, while identifying approximately $217,000 in combined budget credits for steel and electrical downsizing.
The DHHS RTU replacement project was completed with final testing on January 29.
