CT MADISON — Madison bicentennial steering committee discussed plans for Flag Day, a summer festival, and Fourth of July events. The Rising Strawberry Moon Festival, scheduled for June 27-28, would feature music from 1 to 7 p.m. and food trucks operating throughout the day. Chair Rosalyn Cama shared updates on the Event Tracker and Public Relations plan.
The committee discussed an April deadline for sponsorship commitments to fund festival signage and discussed recruiting additional non-profit involvement through Down Jackson's network of contacts.
