CT MADISON — Tree Advisory Committee postponed Planning and Zoning regulations review due to incomplete attendance on April 15. Vice Chair Al Gross, alongside members Terry VandenDolder, Stephen Lowrey, and Francis Brady, approved prior minutes unanimously and agreed to defer detailed P&Z discussion to a special meeting when more members could attend. The committee scheduled a separate meeting within two weeks with Town Planner Erin Mannix and Chairperson Crawford to discuss budget needs and a Notable Tree Inventory integration project.

The committee was reminded it should prepare a presentation to the Board of Selectmen on its progress and mission statement.
