CT MADISON — Zoning Board postponed a carport variance hearing to its August 11 meeting. The board voted unanimously on July 14 to continue Cathy Y. Szeto's application for variances to construct a carport at 51 Taylor Avenue.
Ms. Szeto had requested the continuance after being notified that only four members would be present, a quorum that would require a unanimous vote to approve the variance.
